Gift Vouchers
You can give a Bellthorpe Stays Gift Voucher to friends or family and it is quick and easy.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months which can be extended if required.
Just supply us with their name, occasion, a short message and the amount you would like the voucher to be, and once paid, we will email you the Gift Voucher back for you to print. Payment can be by card or bank transfer.
The recipient can decide when to come and which cabin they would like to stay in.

Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICIES - You may wish to take out travel insurance in the event of needing to cancel.
The STANDARD cancellation policy:
Applies to all Standard bookings unless specified as Non-refundable under "Specials".
Cancellation must be requested in writing.
Specials are non-transferrable.
Different time frames are applicable to Group bookings (two or more cabins for the same group even if they are booked in different names)1. STANDARD- 50% deposit at time of booking
- No refund due to weather, power failures, mild illness, road closures or other events.
1a. STANDARD, for Individual cabin booking
- If cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date, refund all except admin fee of $80. - If cancelled within 14 days, 50% of the tariff is payable. - If cancelled within 5 days of arrival, full tariff is payable.- For "No Show", full tariff is payable.
1b. STANDARD, for Goup bookings (2 or more cabins with the same group)
- If cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date, refund all except admin fee of $80 per cabin. - If cancelled within 30 days, 50% of the tariff is payable. - If cancelled within 5 days of arrival, full tariff is payable.- For "No Show", full tariff is payable.
2. Nonrefundable - normal STANDARD refund policy does not apply;- no refund under any circumstances (credit only if due to COVID, refer below);- full tariff to be paid at the time of booking. - not transferrable.
3. Cancellation due to COVID:
- Guests must ensure they adhere to government health orders at the time of booking and staying.
- Note that in the event of a close contact at Bellthorpe Stays, we may need to close without notice. If this happens, then guests will recieve a credit or refund.

Bellthorpe Stays is mostly a natural area where we try to reduce threats from pests and diseases.
Do not introduce seeds, weeds, insects, diseases, soil or any other foreign matter to the property.
Ensure that your car, shoes and other items are clean.
Never handle native wildlife (especially frogs).
Do not come to Bellthorpe Stays if you have recently been to any other country with Foot and Mouth disease or other threats .
