Past and Future Guests were Invited to Attend
Twenty years ago, David and Wendy ventured into the world of Nature Based Tourism with cabins at Bellthorpe Stays. In 2024, Bellthorpe Stays now has four self catering cabins on 400 acres of Australian bush with waterfalls, rainforest, walking tracks, birds and wildlife on the property for guests to enjoy. To mark the occasion, we had an Open Day on the 8th of June 2024 where visitors were able to inspect the cabins, walk the tracks, have a sausage sizzle or share a story or two with others at the fire pit. During the afternoon, we had a special Wildlife Show by our friends from D'aguilar Wildlife, to help celebrate the wonderful wildlife that we have in Australia.
Program:
9:30 Gates Open Cabins open for inspection. Vist the new Flametree Fire pit for a casual conversation with others. Visitors can avail themselves to the walking tracks and other facitilities.12:30 to 1:30 Sausage Sizzle near the Old Dairy Shed. 1:30 Welcome to Bellthorpe Stays, Raffle draw (winner must have registered and be present at the draw) 2:00 Wildlife Show near the Old Dairy Shed. 4:00 Close
