On this page, you can review accommodation options for the Birds Queensland camp to be held at Bellthorpe Stays on Friday the 6th November to Sunday the 8th November 2026. Accommodation can either be (A) in one of the Cabins or (B) camping. (A) Cabins: There will be four cabins available for the weekend: Bowerbird, Birdwing, Whipbird and Bellthorpe Tiny House. Please read the information on these on the CABINS page. Note that Bellthorpe Cottage will be used as a meeting room. Most cabins are two bedrooms and will be shared with other participants and available for (1) an individual in a room, or (2) twin share in a room. Fees: Individual in your own room ($180 for 1 or 2 nights); or twin share in a room (friend or couple, $150 each, for 1 or 2 nights). (B) Camping: Camping will be allowed at this camp (camping is not normally permitted at Bellthorpe Stays) and campers should be self-sufficient for cooking, cleaning and provisions. There is no kitchen available for campers. There will be shared facilities for toilets and shower and tea/coffee making or charging phones etc. Water is readily available for cooking and washing up. Camp sites are available for tents, small vans, trailers noting Bellthorpe is hilly and sites may have a small slope. Sites are not marked and are un-powered but a couple of powered sites are available if required. No large caravans permitted due to access issues. Nearest dump points are Maleny or Woodford. Fees: unpowered site, $20 per person for 1 or 2 nights; powered site, $60 per site for 1 or 2 nights. Program: draft program available soon.
